Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or a related discipline with a minimum of three years of site experience. You will support the project manager on setting out, method statements, quality control and progress reporting.
Relevant professional certification with sound measurement, valuation and contract administration experience. You will prepare bills, assess variations and support the commercial position on live contracts.
Extensive trade experience in concrete, masonry, finishing or formwork, with a proven ability to lead a gang and hold the quality standard without supervision.
A disciplined, presentable and alert individual, at least 1.6m in height with a clean physique and no criminal record. Prior guarding or military, police or para-military experience is an advantage.
Experience in shift supervision, CCTV monitoring and incident reporting, with strong written communication and a calm, professional manner on the radio.
Experience in freight documentation, customs processes and supplier liaison. Detail-obsessed and comfortable working with quantities, serial numbers and shipping paperwork.
Experience in warehouse operations, stock control, racking and loading operations, with a strong grasp of inventory accuracy and damage prevention.
Experience in sourcing local and imported materials, preparing purchase orders and managing supplier performance, with strong record keeping.
